Character.ai is a chatbot with a neural language model that can generate human-like text responses.
Created by previous Google LaMDA developers, the beta model was made available for use by the general public in September 2022.
Users can create "characters", create their own "personas", set certain parameters, and then publish them to the community.
In May 2023, the service added a monthly subscription option.
When a character posts a response, users can rate it from 1 to 4 stars.
Built on cutting-edge deep learning techniques and advanced language models, the software is currently in beta testing.

How to create a room?
Room at Character AI is an online platform for communicating with AI bots in real time. The rooms are used for role-playing, learning and information. The platform provides a wide selection of bots with unique traits and behavior.
To create a room, go to the project website, select the "Create" -> "Create room" button
Users can remind bots of the set topic of the room and ask them to speak only in the context of its topic.
Deleting a room deletes all conversations in it.
How to write actions?
To describe your actions in Character AI you need to write it between the asterisks: * example *. In this case, the text will change to italics. Bold style is distinguished by two pairs of asterisks: ** example **, and the combination of bold and italics is distinguished by three pairs: *** example ***.
How to make Character AI in Russian?
In order for character.ai to be in Russian, you need to click on the button in the form of a flag on the project website on the left of the top panel. Next, select “Russian (ru-Ru)” from the list that appears.
