Everyone knows the new chatbot from Microsoft - Bing, which only works in the Edge browser and does not work at all in Russia. You can spend a long time selecting different VPNs, but the company quickly bans them, and you really want to use a chatbot that has GPT-4 under the hood.
Brief instructions for using the Bing chatbot in Russia without a VPN and in any Chrome browser (even a Yandex browser will do):
- Install the ModHeader extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/modheader-modify-http-hea/idgpnmonknjnojddfkpgkljpfnnfcklj/related
- Click on the icon of the new extension in the upper right corner and look for Profile 1 , rename it, for example, to Bing AI
- In the Name - X-Forwarded-For , in the value field - 1.1.1.1 or 20.112.52.29 , or another foreign IP address
- After that, click on Filter and select Request URL filter , where we enter
.*://www.bing.com/.* - If you are in Edge, then go to step 7.
- If you have a different browser, then in the same profile click on the +MOD , where we select Request headers enter User-Agent in the Name ( Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 in the value (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/111.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/111.0.1661.54.
- Now you need to open the website https://www.bing.com/ and go to the menu at the top right, select Settings -> Country or region , for example, Australia.
- Go to https://bing.com/new and use the Bing chatbot in Russia without a VPN.
